Start small and sharp, move through the gravies, finish over coals. Every section is cooked to order.

We roast and grind our own curry powder every Tuesday. The mutton takes four hours. The crab comes up from the Negombo lagoon the same morning it is served.
Nothing here is finished in a microwave. It is slower, and that is the whole point.

Yes. Around a third of the menu is vegan or vegetarian, including polos curry, tempered dhal and grilled paneer skewers.
Dishes marked Hot are cooked at full Sri Lankan heat. Every curry can be made milder — tell your server when ordering.
